This linked cottage is located in the village of Gwaenysgor near to Prestatyn in North Wales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Bron-y-Bryn Cottage is a linked ground floor cottage on the top of a hill in the North Wales village of Gwaenysgor near to Prestatyn. The cottage has two double bedrooms and a zip & link twin bedroom, plus a family bathroom and wet room which makes it suitable for six people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburner, a conservatory with sea views and a games room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a front patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With its neighbouring cottage, Bron-y-Bryn Cottage can sleep eighteen people in a hillside location near to the beach.

LPG central heating with woodburner in sitting room. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with full Sky package/DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small, enclosed, rear patio garden. Open front patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 7 mins walk. Note: No Hen, stag or student groups. Note: Steps up to the front door, but flat access to rear porch. Note: There are internal stairs at this cottage leading to a private store room. |
